Enrollment Policy
Only students who have pre-registered and paid for a class may attend a Continuing Education class. No individual can substitute for a registered student, and non-registered guests are not permitted to attend classes.
Privacy Policy
Alamance Community College does not sell or disclose student information to third parties.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
The Refund Policy is established by the NC General Assembly for all NC community colleges. If any courses are canceled, a full refund will be given. Students do not have to request a refund in this case.
If a student wishes to receive a refund or withdraw from a Continuing Education class that has not been canceled, students must initiate the request with the Continuing Education office. Students may receive a refund as follows :
- A 100-percent refund shall be made if the student officially withdraws from a course before the first date of the course meeting. The student must contact the Continuing Education Office at 336-506-4300 to request a refund.
- A 75-percent refund shall be made if the student officially withdraws from a course before, or on the "10-percent date" of scheduled hours.
