The ACT® WorkKeys® Assessments are a key component of ACT's workforce solutions, designed to evaluate both hard and soft skills essential for workplace success across various industries. Unlike traditional assessments that focus on reading and writing, WorkKeys measures a broader range of skills relevant to any occupation. Completing the core assessments can lead to earning the ACT WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate™ (NCRC®), a credential that verifies essential workplace skills.

After your registration is received, you will be contacted by email within 24 hours (during normal business day hours) to schedule a testing appointment (excluding weekends and holidays).

NCRC ACT WorkKeys Assessment Testing is only available by scheduled appointment. After registration is complete, you will be contacted by the Assessments Coordinator. They will arrange a date and time that best accommodates your schedule.

You may register for multiple Assessments within the same testing day. However, we suggest only taking a max of four assessments during one testing session. Each assessment is rated for a time period of 55 minutes.
